Flexible modular structure
The machine is specifically designed as a modular system, which can be optimally adapted to the various standard vehicle electrical system voltages by varying the twelve stator windings. This made it possible to achieve the main objective of covering the nominal voltages of 400 and 800 volts.
Building on the development knowledge gained and with the aim of realizing a cost-optimized modular structure, RAPA Automotive is currently working on further developing the high-voltage unit for future mobility solutions in order to set new benchmarks.
Smart component for innovative chassis
As a core component of the innovative Porsche Active Ride chassis, the performance of the advanced, electrohydraulic MPE was experienced for the first time in the Porsche Panamera of the third model generation in the E-Hybrid models. The high-voltage-capable solution is also used in the Taycan model series.

What are the advantages of a high-voltage MPE from RAPA Automotive?
- Most powerful series system with complete high-voltage integration
- NVH-optimized: noise-optimized design, especially for BEVs
- Powerful hardware: customer-specific adaptations possible thanks to free computer capacity
- Market experience - first series product in this class
- Compact axle unit with optimized costs and installation space thanks to 1 ECU for 2 motor pumps (e.g. reduced weight, dimensions, increased performance)
