40+ years of know-how at RAPA Automotive
The first automotive project at RAPA Automotive emerged from today's "Comfort Systems" product area. At the beginning of the 1980s, the first hydraulic switching valves for controlling convertible tops were developed and assembled in Selb.
RAPA Automotive offers convenient and automated solutions for
- the automated control of convertible tops
- the automated control of tailgates at the touch of a button
- and level control for motorcycles when stationary (convenient ascent and descent aid)
Over the past decades, RAPA Automotive has developed modular system solutions so that various customer requirements can be realized at attractive price-performance ratios. Beyond the limits of modular systems, we also offer the development of customer-specific special solutions.
In recent decades, products have been further developed in terms of material and weight, not least due to increased market requirements. For example, the metal housings of our switching valves have been replaced by weight-optimized plastic solutions.
